Terms of service

Every plan is month to month, so you can leave whenever you like. Local SEO takes time to compound, so we ask you to give it about 90 days, but the choice is always yours.

We are Jamison Software Solutions, LLC, a St. Louis, Missouri company. This page covers your use of this website and the terms you accept at checkout. Paid engagements run under a signed agreement set, a master services agreement plus a statement of work, and where that set overlaps this page, the signed agreement wins.

The offer

The sentence at the top of this page is our whole position on term length. The 90 days is a request, never a contract term; there is no minimum, no lock-in, and no notice period beyond telling us.

Billing

Plans bill monthly, or annually where you chose annual prepay, through Stripe by bank debit or card. Payment is due on receipt, and we take no deposits. By subscribing you authorize the recurring debit for your plan’s posted price. You may revoke this authorization at any time by telling us in writing. Revocation stops all future debits. Your plan then ends at the close of the period you already paid for, per the month-to-month terms. If a payment fails, we tell you what happened, and work pauses until payment resumes.

Ownership

You own the website, the domain name, the content, and the Google accounts, registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, we walk you through the handoff personally until everything works without us.

No guarantees

We do not promise rankings, traffic, phone calls, or mentions by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other). No one can promise those, and we won’t. What we promise is the work, the measurement, and honest reporting on both.

The case-study exchange

These prices hold in exchange for permission to publish your measured before-and-after numbers and a Google review once the work earns it. Prefer privacy? We publish the results anonymized.

Nonprofit discount

Qualified 501(c)(3) and faith-based nonprofits take 15% off the monthly price with proof of status. It doesn’t stack with the annual discount; you take whichever saves more.

Work we don’t take

We don’t work with cryptocurrency or NFT projects, multi-level marketing or pyramid structures, adult content, firearms sales, or businesses under active regulatory action.

Liability

Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim arose, and Missouri law governs these terms. If we ever disagree, it starts with a conversation. The signed agreement carries the full clauses.

Changes

We can update these terms. When we do, the date below changes.
