Local SEO is month to month, we ask about 90 days for results to compound.
We are Jamison Software Solutions, LLC, a St. Louis, Missouri company. This page covers your use of this website and the terms you accept at checkout. Paid engagements run under a signed agreement set, a master services agreement plus a statement of work, and where that set overlaps this page, the signed agreement wins.
The offer
Every price is posted before you ever talk to us. On the monthly local SEO program the 90 days is a request, never a contract term; there is no minimum, no lock-in, and no notice period beyond telling us.
Billing
The website is billed once, at the posted price, through Stripe by bank debit or card. Changes and extra work after launch are billed at $75 an hour, delivered in a monthly change window. The local SEO program bills monthly at the posted price; by subscribing you authorize that recurring debit, and you may revoke it any time in writing, which stops all future debits and ends the program at the close of the period you already paid for. Payment is due on receipt, we take no deposits, and if a payment fails we tell you what happened and work pauses until it resumes.
Digital products
Kits and other downloads sold on this site are delivered right after checkout, on the download page and by an email link that works for 7 days and 5 downloads. All sales on digital products are final, and delivery is on us: if a problem on our end keeps you from getting your file, tell us and we will get it to you. Each kit is licensed for use in one business; sharing or reselling the files isn’t allowed.
Ownership
You own the website, the domain name, the content, and the Google accounts, registered in your name from day one. If you ever leave, we walk you through the handoff personally until everything works without us.
No guarantees
We do not promise rankings, traffic, phone calls, or mentions by AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or any other). No one can promise those, and we won’t. What we promise is the work, the measurement, and honest reporting on both.
Case studies and reviews
If we may publish your measured before-and-after numbers, that helps us. Nothing about your price depends on it, and if you would rather keep them private we publish them anonymized or not at all. A Google review is welcome once the work earns it, never as a condition.
Nonprofit discount
Qualified 501(c)(3) and faith-based nonprofits take 15% off the monthly price with proof of status.
Work we don’t take
We don’t work with cryptocurrency or NFT projects, multi-level marketing or pyramid structures, adult content, firearms sales, or businesses under active regulatory action.
Liability
Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before a claim arose, and Missouri law governs these terms. If we ever disagree, it starts with a conversation. The signed agreement carries the full clauses.
Changes
We can update these terms. When we do, the date below changes.
