A St. Louis SEO company that shows its work

We do local SEO for St. Louis small businesses: the site, the Google listing, the content, and the AI answers. Every price is posted and everything stays in your name. The first step is a free audit that shows you the gap between you and the businesses ahead of you.

Free calls resume October 2. Until then, the contact form is the fastest way to reach us.

Most St. Louis SEO companies quote a price only after a sales call. We put ours on the website, along with what each dollar buys, because an owner comparing SEO firms deserves numbers before a pitch. The reason we work that way is where we come from.

Why we do this work

We're from here

This shop runs out of The Residences at the Delmar Divine, and the people we work for are our neighbors: the families who fix the furnaces, file the taxes, and keep the corner storefronts lit across St. Louis. Too many of them are invisible in the searches their own customers run.

So that’s the job as we see it: put the skills we have behind the families who build here. A business carries its owner, so before anything ranks we learn how yours runs and build around that instead of a template.

Rooted here

Serving four areas we can drive to in twenty minutes. When we write about your neighborhood, we’ve been in it.

Built for family businesses

Small shops and nonprofits, not accounts on a dashboard. You talk to the person doing the work.

Everything in your name

Your site, your domain, your content, your Google accounts, from day one. If you leave, it all goes with you.

Prices on the page

Every number posted before a pitch.

The problem we’re hired to fix

When someone nearby searches for what you do, nearly seven in ten clicks go to the first three results (First Page Sage, 2026), and the businesses sitting there get the call. That was true before AI assistants started answering “who should I call” directly, and now the same neglected listing that kept you off page one keeps you out of ChatGPT’s answers too.

Fixing it is not one trick. It is eight kinds of work, done in order.

What we do

Eight things, no mystery. The services page shows which plan includes what.

Local SEO

The steady work that moves you up when someone nearby searches for what you do: your pages, your Google listing, and the places you’re mentioned, all pointing the same direction.

Google Business Profile management

We complete and maintain the listing that puts you on the map. A complete profile makes people about 70% more likely to visit, by Google’s own count.

Web design and hosting

A fast site built so both Google and AI assistants can read it, hosted and maintained by us, owned by you. Websites start at $100, one time.

Content writing

Pages and articles in plain language, written for the questions your customers actually type. Every plan includes at least one new article a month.

AI search visibility

Making sure assistants like ChatGPT can read, trust, and name your business. How it works is in AI search optimization for small business.

Business listings

The same name, address, and phone number everywhere your business appears, from Apple Maps to Yelp, because mismatched listings cost trust with Google and AI tools alike.

Review help

A simple routine for asking happy customers for reviews, and written responses to the ones you get.

Plain-language reporting

Each month you see what changed and what it means, written for an owner, not for another SEO.

What it costs

Two ways to work with us, both priced in the open. The Website + Hosting tiers are one-time payments, with changes after launch at $75 an hour in a monthly change window. The Local SEO upgrade is the full program, month to month, and we ask you to give it about 90 days because the work compounds.

Every tier is broken down line by line here, and a one-off consultation is $125 an hour. If your main worry is the website itself rather than the campaign, start with small business website design instead.

The 90-day roadmap

The 90 days we ask for on the SEO program look like this.

  1. Month 1

Foundations. Your Google listing gets completed, the site gets readable, and your listings elsewhere start getting corrected. Nothing ranks yet, and we say so.

  2. Month 2

The first content lands and Google re-reads the site. Less competitive searches may start to move.

  3. Month 3

Patterns show up in the numbers, and we adjust to what the data says instead of what we guessed.

What the free St. Louis SEO audit covers

Before any of that, we look at three places: Google’s map results, the regular search results, and the answers AI assistants give when someone asks who to call in your trade. You get a PDF report and a walkthrough in plain words, naming the gaps between you and the businesses ahead of you and the order we’d work through them. No one can promise a ranking, so the report deals in what’s actually there today.

Where we work

We serve four areas, each with a page of its own:

No office visits needed in either direction; the whole engagement runs on calls, email, and the reports. The rest of what owners ask us is below.

Common questions

How much does SEO cost in St. Louis?
Anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars a month, usually quoted after a sales call. Ours are posted: websites $100 to $500 one time, the full local SEO program $400 to $900 a month.
Do you require a contract?
No. The website is one payment, and local SEO is month to month. We ask you to give the SEO work about 90 days to compound, and the choice is always yours.
What do I actually own?
Your website, your domain name, your content, and your Google accounts, from day one.
How long until I see results?
Small movements inside 90 days; the most competitive searches take longer. Anyone promising the front page in two weeks is describing an ad, a fluke, or a lie.
What does the 90-day roadmap look like?
Foundations in month 1, the first content in month 2, real patterns in the numbers by month 3; the roadmap section above walks through each.
Do you guarantee a top ranking?
No, and nobody honest does; Google doesn’t sell positions. What we guarantee is the work, plainly reported, and your freedom to walk if it isn’t paying.
How do I compare SEO companies?
Four questions tell you most of it, us included. Ask the price before the sales call. Ask who owns the domain, site, and Google accounts at the end; the right answer takes one word. Ask what specifically happens in the first month, and ask how they report, because a dashboard you can’t read serves the agency, not you.
What's the difference between the website plans and the local SEO program?
The website ($100 or $500, one time) is the site, hosting, and monthly content; the higher tier adds appointment booking. The local SEO program ($400 and up a month) is the full campaign on top of it. Both are compared side by side here.
Do you work with my industry?
If your customers find you by searching nearby, yes. Our examples use HVAC because it’s a clear case; the same method fits roofers, dentists, med spas, law offices, and most local trades.
Who actually does the work?
Matthew Jamison, the founder. You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager. More on the about page.
What is AI search visibility?
When someone asks ChatGPT or a similar assistant who to call, the assistant reads your Google listing, your reviews, and your site, then decides whether to name you. 45% of consumers now use AI tools to find local businesses, and in SOCi’s study even big multi-location brands saw only about 1.2% of their locations get named. The work that makes you readable to those assistants is included in every plan.
Do I need a new website?
Not always. Sometimes the site is fine and the Google listing is the problem; sometimes it’s the reverse. The free audit tells you which.
How do you report progress?
Once a month, in plain language: what we did, what moved, what’s next. You keep your own analytics, so you never have to take our word for it.
What results can you show so far?
We’re a young shop, and we’d rather say that than rent someone else’s testimonials. Today we can show example builds, prices posted in full, and this site itself, which practices everything we sell. Named client results will be published as the tracking data matures, and not one day before.
What happens if I stop?
You keep the site, the domain, the content, and the rankings the work earned. SEO isn’t a subscription that switches off; it’s an asset you own.
