Technical help & prices

• $125 covers up to the first hour on one agreed issue, including diagnosis, troubleshooting and testing. Return visits for that same fix remain included.
• Extra time is $125/hour in 15-minute increments ($31.25 per 15 minutes), with your approval before we continue.
• The first hour is payable even if unresolved. We provide useful findings and next steps; resolution is not guaranteed.
• Quotes last seven business days. If something unexpected gets in the way, contact us to work out the next step.

Expect a personal reply within two business days. We’ll agree on a timeline for the work together. Share tool details, not passwords or customer records.

• Website, software and technical support, with scope agreed for your business. Up to three small requests per paid month; one active at a time. Unused changes don’t roll over; the allowance renews each paid month.
• Included upkeep, backups and compatibility checks where supported; one phone or video meeting and a report of actual work and its benefit.
• Month to month, paid at the start. Accepted work remains due unless canceled under the agreed terms. Larger work is quoted separately.

Ongoing availability includes a personal reply within two business days; work timelines are agreed together. Share tool details, not passwords or customer records.

Website and one year of hosting from launch is included in both offers. The $500 offer also includes appointment booking via Cal.com, set up for you. You own your website, domain, content and Google accounts.

• The build includes two revision rounds. Corrections to our mistakes do not use a round. Extra requests and ongoing content are quoted separately. Existing client commitments still apply.
• Changes after launch and ongoing content need separate scope and pricing. Existing agreed rates and commitments remain in force.
• After the included hosting year, you can arrange your own hosting or agree a price with Matthew for continued hosting. Hosting is not charged automatically.

AI-webchat setup and usage

AI-webchat setup is included in the $500 website. Model usage costs are additional. A working chat implementation has not yet been verified for this package.
