Privacy policy
This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no cookies for analytics, and we do not sell your information. Everything we collect is listed below, with the reason for each.
This policy covers jamisonsoftwaresolutions.com, run by Jamison Software Solutions, LLC in St. Louis, Missouri.
How we count visits
Our own count runs on Cloudflare’s servers. It stores the page you were on, the country, the language, whether the visit came from a phone or a computer, where the visit came from, and a random tag that lives in one browser tab and disappears when you close it. The tag is what lets us see which page a visitor arrived on before they opened a booking calendar, wrote to us, or reached the kit checkout; it is not a name and it does not follow you anywhere. A business-card scan also carries three fixed labels, business card, QR, and GBP checklist, so we can count that printed card without storing the rest of the web address. On blog posts we also record how long the post was on screen and how far it was scrolled, so we can tell whether a post is worth writing. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures how fast the pages load. Our analytics sets no cookies. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, our count switches off for you.
The contact form
The form sends us your name, email, the service you’re asking about, and your project goals, plus a phone number, company, and how you heard about us when you fill those in. The form emails your inquiry to us. We keep it as long as we need to reply and for our records, and we delete it when you ask.
The newsletter
Signing up stores your email address, whether you have confirmed or unsubscribed, and the date of each. You confirm by clicking a link we email you, so nobody can put you on the list but you. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe that takes effect immediately, and unsubscribed addresses stay marked do-not-send, which is how the unsubscribe holds; ask and we delete the address entirely. The signup form uses Turnstile, a spam check from Cloudflare, and the emails go out through Resend, our email provider.
Booked calls
Booking buttons currently lead to the contact form. Bookings are unavailable before January 12, 2027. If Cal.com scheduling is enabled later, opening its calendar sends browser details to Cal.com and may use cookies under Cal.com’s privacy policy.
Google reviews
Reviews on Services are shared with permission and displayed directly by this site. Viewing them does not connect your browser to Google. Choosing “Read on Google” opens Google’s website under Google’s privacy policy.
Where an optional Google panel is offered, it connects to Google only after you choose to load it. That sends your IP address and browser details to Google and may use cookies. We do not automatically load Google’s scripts or store Places API review data.
Payments
Stripe processes payments for our plans and for the Google Business Profile kit under Stripe’s privacy policy. The kit checkout happens on Stripe’s own page, not on this site, so Stripe’s cookies stay there; you come back here only after paying, with a download link. Your bank and card details go to Stripe, never to us; we see and store no bank login or card number. We keep client billing records, the signed scope and the payment authorization evidence, for two years after an engagement ends, a banking-rule obligation.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We run no cross-site trackers, no Google Analytics, and no advertising pixels.
Your choices
Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Email us to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, and we will do it. Clients own their accounts by design, so you can remove our access yourself at any time.
Changes
We can update this policy. When we do, the date below changes.
